How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are and other unpredictable factors - such as heavy rains, typhoons and snow. Processing time will take about 3-7 business days and shipping time will take about 7-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Learn more here.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.

Is the jewelry 100% solid gold or gold-plated?
Our products are made of the highest quality copper material plated with real gold, which is absolutely safe and quality guaranteed.

Are the stones real diamonds?
Our stone type is cubic Zirconia, which is an excellent substitute for natural gemstones because it is more resistant to scratches in daily wear. Unlike natural gemstones mined from the earth using large machinery, explosives and unsafe working conditions, laboratory-made sapphires have been developed to have optical properties that are more durable than diamonds, while maintaining ethical standards to protect our environment.

Will this jewelry turn my skin green?
No, our jewelry will never turn your skin green. The quality has been verified by our customers.

Can I take a shower with this without fading? does It change color?
We do not recommend that you wear jewelry when taking a bath. Jewelry requires daily care, so try not to touch the water.

How should I store/protect my jewelry?
Jewelry should be stored in a dry and dust-free place. If your jewelry is infrequently used, please keep it in the included dust bag. If your climate is humid, please put a small packet of desiccant crystals in the storage area. Avoid storing jewelry with rubber products. When using cologne, perfume or other chemical products, be sure to remove the jewelry.

For the plated jewelry, I worry the color will fade off naturally.
We have a strict quality inspection process to ensure the quality of all our jewelry. If you take good care of your jewelry, the plating will not fade. In case there is a problem with your jewelry, please contact our customer service immediately so that we can solve the problem for you.

How do I make changes after my order has been placed?
If you find an order error after receiving the order confirmation email, please send an email to care@gothreal.com. If it is outside of working hours, please provide us with a clear and detailed message, which includes your name, phone number and order number (if any).

Why was my payment declined?
If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card in 24 hours or payment method.
If the above instructions fail please contact your bank or contact us with as much detail along with the error messages. so that we may assist you.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal Express, PayPal Credit, and all major credit cards.

How do you secure my payment information?
We take security very seriously and do not process any of your payment information ourselves. All payment related matters on GothReal are handled by PayPal and credit card company.

Is my personal information kept private?
We are fully committed to protecting your privacy. We will not disclose information about our customers or visitors unless it is part of providing services to you. Arrange for the product to be sent to you for credit and other security checks, and for the purpose of customer research and analysis, or with your express permission.

Where do you want to ship and how much is the shipping cost?

Why should my package be returned?

How long will it take me to receive the jewelry?
Delivery time = processing time + shipping time. The processing time of each product is different. Some popular styles can be shipped within 24 hours, while engraving or custom orders may take 3 to 10 working days. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose. Do I need to pay duties, taxes or other fees?
You do not need to pay any consumption tax. However, you may need to pay the customs duties yourself.

What should I do if I don't like the jewelry after receiving it?
Don't worry, we promise to provide a simple 15-day return policy. If you don't like the jewelry after receiving the packaging, just return the unused jewelry in its original packaging. After accepting your return, the refund will be returned to your original account. Any promotional gifts must also be returned together with your returned items.
