Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
*Due to severe rain, snow, typhoon weather, or Covid-19 and other unforeseen circumstances that cannot be predicted and thought to be under control, you may experience a brief delay in delivery, but rest assured that your order will still be sent to you as soon as possible.
Processing time typically takes between 1-5 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-2 business days.
*Due to the weather condition, strikes and holidays, please allow the order from the UK an additional 7-10 days to be delivered.

Note:
- The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of placing your order. It may take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.
- We currently do not ship to every country across the world. If you can't find your country, kindly Contact Us and we'll do our best to get you covered.
- UK: Logistics service can be accessed by postal communication throughout the UK (the British mainland and affiliated islands within UK) excluding the overseas territories of the UK (e.g., British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, etc.)
- US: The delivery scope of logistics service in the US excludes the remote areas (such as Alaska and Hawaii), overseas addresses (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) as well as APO/FPO military addresses.
- Germany, France, Italy, Spain: affiliated islands are excluded.
- Do not provide delivery service for affiliated islands, do not accept Amazon warehouse address.

Order Status
Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check the order status.
NOTE: if you fail to see delivery info when you click on your order-tracking link, don't worry! Occasionally, there may be a 24-hour delay in viewing tracking progress from the point of our transmission to the shipper's first scan at one of their destination points.
Order Address Error
Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.
